Delete Account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete in the App

Open GoodShare → Settings → Delete All Data

This will immediately delete your account and all data.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support [at] goodshare.app with your username or email address. We will process your request within 3 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Your account information (email, user ID)
All budget books you created or participated in
All transactions and financial records
All categories, notes, and recurring payments
All backups stored on our servers

Before You Delete

Export your data: Use the in-app backup feature to save your records
Shared books: Other users will lose access to shared books you created
No recovery: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
