GoodShare for iPhone
The iPhone version is far along and has the same features as the Android app. It is being tested thoroughly right now; the App Store release comes next. There is no fixed date yet.

Android and iPhone in one book
Once the app is out, shared books work across both systems: Android and iPhone in the same book, with the same real-time sync. Existing books and entries stay as they are; you simply invite the other person with the normal invite.
On Android already today
If you use Android, you can get GoodShare from the Play Store now and set up your book. Members with an iPhone join as soon as the app is out.
